CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be in writing, via email.

FULL REFUND if the cancellation notice is received 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.

50% REFUND if the cancellation notice is received 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.

NO REFUND if the cancellation notice is received in less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. No exceptions!

WAITING TIME POLICY:

½ an hour FREE waiting time on all domestic flights from the time the plane lands.

1 hour FREE waiting time on all international flights from the time the plane lands.

THEN $60/hour pro-rated @ $15 for each 15 minutes or fraction thereof.

All local pickups, home or office, FIRST 10 minutes FREE, then the waiting time charged.
